Refund policy

At Pace & Place Moments, every photo magnet set is custom-made with your photos, created especially for you! Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.  We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please double-check your photos, spellings, and order details before completing your purchase. 

We understand that memories matter, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your photo magnets arrive with a production issue (such as misprints, defects, or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To review your claim, please email pace.place.moments@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the affected items
  • A brief description of the issue 

Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement if the issue is determined to be a production error on our end. 

Please note: 

  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or delivery caused by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for customer-uploaded photo errors (e.g., blurry, dark, or low resolution images), incorrect photo selection, or change-of-mind requests.
  •  Cancellations or edits cannot be made once your order has entered production.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
