Shipping policy
Processing Time:
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer.
Shipping Method:
All orders ship via USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery:
Most orders arrive an estimated one week after purchase. Delivery time depends on your location and postal service conditions. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other issues beyond our control. We do our best to get your order(s) to you as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for shipping delays once packages are within USPS's care.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package hasn’t been packed yet, we can update it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange shipment. Additional postage fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been handed to USPS, Pace & Place Moments is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but order hasn't arrive, please contact your local USPS directly for assistance. We are happy to help guide through the process if needed.
